Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time of treatment, unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. We accept all major credit cards and personal checks. Parents, guardians or personal representatives are responsible for all fees and services rendered for treatment of a minor/child. We realize that dental care can be a significant investment, and therefore we work with our patients to help them find ways to make large treatment plans affordable. We do not have the resources or manpower to do the work of a bank or credit card, but we will help you apply for third-party financing if you want to pay out treatment over time. Several lenders make credit available for medical and dental expenses, and you can apply online or at our office if you like. If you use our services it is expected that you pay for them before you leave the office (much the same as would be expected at any store or service shop elsewhere). If you have insurance, please understand that even if we are filing a claim with your insurance company it does not relieve you from the responsibility for the payment of all charges incurred. Some insurance companies will only pay the policyholder, therefore we cannot accept “assignment of benefits” from those carriers. Please ask in advance if you have any questions about how we handle finances.
